Our Story

The idea to start Aerial Talent sparked when we noticed a problem: many biotechs need to scale quickly at various stages of development, whether to create the data needed to get from Series A to B, to build out a team capable of taking the company into clinical trials for the first time, or to systematize processes and prepare for an IPO. Unfortunately, many recruiting agencies are not able to personalize their processes to handle this unique scale-up.

 

Our vision is to be the one-stop shop for biotechnology companies from inception through late-stage clinical trials. We believe this initial growth period from 2 to ~200 employees is the most vital time in hiring. Every person you hire impacts culture. Every person you hire impacts funding. Every person you hire impacts the likelihood of a successful therapeutic.
